Carving of 2006

Trevor loves techno. Adam has no need for a mask. Crystals pumpkin has a mood swing. I have a knife covered in...... powdered sugar.

We decided to carve pumpkins this year. There weren't enough of us to have a contest so there wasn't too much competition in the air. Crystal missed some the the festivities cause she had to work. The only part she missed was the bloody steaks but that was fine because she is a vegetarian. We tossed around the idea of scaring her when she came to the door but quickly changed our minds when we realized she might injure someone in the process.

There seems to be a tradition forming at holidays. That being to partake in the craziest holiday soda ever made. Last year, I am pretty sure I had a brussels sprout soda at thanksgiving. The halloween sodas were not as healthy as the brussels sprout drink....Candy corn and some sort of cider. Not too bad.

Adam took the time to make a halloween CD for the occasion. It has all kinds of nuggets on it and I am sure our neighbors loved listening to hours of horror tunes all night.

Come carve with us next year.
